He continued working in the Joint reconstruction unit at the Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, UK. Dr. Shah traveled to the world-renowned Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, USA to gain further insight into the management of failed and painful joint replacements and in managing the complex joint infections with Dr Javad Parvizi.
